Has it really been 9 years since Verve, a Credit Union (officially before they were Verve) bravely ran their Pumpkin Spice Loan campaign?! We like to think we’re ahead of the game on a lot of things, and having courageous clients helps. Fast forward to today and both Merv and Pumpkin Spice are still doing their respective things.
Looking back, we consider this a watershed moment in credit union advertising 😁. Seriously, though, to get buy-in from a client on both this type of concept and then to run with a spokesperson - Merv from Verve - this entire time takes a solid team of forward-thinking marketing people.
